Wemyss. It's easier to say than to read - you pronounce it "weems".

It's the Scots word for caves - as in the caves that pepper the rocky shore of Fife, Scotland where Wemyss Castle looks out to sea.

As well as being the name of an imposing castle, and an historic family, it is now a very special range of hand crafted malt whiskies.
